Notice of Emergency General Meetings
The elected officials and committee members of both groups are standing down early.
Decisions on the continuation or closure of each Group, as well as nominations and election of replacement Group Representatives and Treasurers, will be made at those meetings.
E-mails with more details will be sent to members within the Thames Valley Region catchment.
Voting will be by card carrying members only since we will not have the ability to check memberships on-line.
